We’re building more than just a van — we’re building our new tiny home on wheels and a completely different way of life. What started as an idea quickly became one of the biggest challenges we’ve ever taken on. With no previous van build experience, we’ve thrown ourselves into learning new skills every single day, from insulation and battens to electrics, planning layouts, and everything in between.

Every step of the build is teaching us something new. Some days are exciting, some are frustrating, and some feel completely overwhelming, but that’s all part of the journey. We’re figuring things out as we go, making mistakes, solving problems, and slowly transforming an empty van into a space we’ll eventually call home.

This isn’t just about converting a van. It’s about changing our lives completely. We’ve given up the comfort of our normal routine to chase something different — more freedom, more experiences, and more time spent exploring the world around us. Soon, this van will take us across the UK and Europe, allowing us to travel full-time while documenting the highs, lows, and everything in between.

For us, vanlife isn’t about perfection. It’s about adventure, growth, and proving to ourselves that it’s never too late to take a different path. We’re learning as we go, building with our own hands, and creating a lifestyle that feels truly ours.
